Defaults for this organisation
Administrators open Settings to change the organisation name and timeline display hours/weekend presentation. Display hours hide or compress geometry; they do not change anyone's working capacity. Each user keeps their own selected timeline zoom. Choose Show full day to inspect work outside display hours.
Standard effort day/week settings control calculator conversions only. They do not rewrite stored minute estimates or the calendars used by the scheduler. See remaining effort, timeline and capacity.
Access and capacity are separate
Use Users for Administrator, Member and Viewer access, password resets and optional team-member mapping. Use Team & capacity for working patterns, active/inactive resources and continuous 24-hour resources. Deactivation retains historical work and may be blocked by unfinished assignments; follow the displayed reasons before proceeding. See users and non-working time.
Connections, email and automated clients
Settings links to named external-source connections and user mappings, organisation email and non-working time. These use existing organisation permissions; a connected source does not grant new CYJ administration rights. See source ownership, email notifications and Agents & API.
Agents & API manages credentials separately from interactive accounts. Store a newly generated secret securely; it cannot be retrieved later. Review scopes and resource association before confirming changes. Use Activity to inspect meaningful administration changes.
Theme selection affects appearance and retains the existing Light, Dark and organisation themes. It does not change scheduling rules or permissions.
