Planning & history

What changed, when and who changed it

Review organisation activity, meaningful before/after edits and integration actions.

Organisation activity

Administrators can open Activity in navigation or Settings → Organisation activity history. Filter by project, changed by, planning/integrations/accounts, or a date range of up to one year. Older activity continues on the next page. Times are shown in UTC; date filters use the London calendar.

New meaningful planning edits include compact before/after detail. Project forecast history also links to its activity; stage editors link to the stage's activity, including deletion records retained in history. Older events show only information that was originally recorded. History is not invented for previous actions.

Changes, not clicks

Project/stage effort, people, deadlines, prerequisites, working patterns, non-working time, quick-add and archive/restore changes are recorded when saved. Integration mappings, connection configuration/state, accepted external metadata and administrator membership changes are also recorded. Existing integration write-back outcomes appear directly from their audit records. Credential changes are identified without storing their values.

Unchanged saves, page views and unsaved What If exploration do not create business history. Authentication failures and technical errors remain application logging rather than planning activity. History does not undo ordinary edits. Existing project archive/restore and retained team-member reactivation remain available.

Why did a date move?

Use activity to identify effort, capacity, assignment or prerequisite changes. What moved and project forecast history retain the existing forecast movement and scheduling explanations; activity complements them rather than replacing the scheduler. See forecast history, capacity and project lifecycle.
