Define the work
Open Projects and choose Add work to select a source or create local work. A project groups stages and has a priority, optional target and hard deadline. Lower numeric priority is scheduled first when ready work competes for capacity; sequence orders ready stages within a project. Neither field replaces a prerequisite.
A stage is one piece of work. Enter a title, estimated and remaining minutes, assign active resources and choose independent or simultaneous work. External waiting uses a release date instead of productive staff capacity. Details hold local instructions without overwriting source descriptions; linked tasks retain their source reference.
Read and update task details
Select a timeline block to inspect its effort, allocations, prerequisites and forecast reasons. Use the stage editor to change details, status or ownership. In Progress tracks elapsed productive work; Ready is forecast only. Review actual intervals before marking untracked work Done. Notes and human assistance responses are separate from the task description. See remaining and actual effort and agent assistance.
Sequence and shared work
Use stage or cross-project prerequisites for a genuine handoff. A dependent stage waits for all contributors to the underlying prerequisite work. Independent contributors may have different scheduled starts. Simultaneous contributors require common capacity. See dependencies, shared contributions and drag scheduling.
Keep completed work
Archive a project to remove it from future planning while retaining its history. Restore it before scheduling again. Stage deletion is guarded by history and dependency checks. See archive and restore, forecast history and Activity.
