Put the dates in front of the team
On Timeline choose Present live plan. The meeting view shows the team schedule, calculated completion, target/deadline consequences and a small management summary. Week, Month and Quarter navigation stay available.
The screen is labelled LIVE PLAN. Present What If deliberately shows a temporary proposal instead, with its temporary state clearly labelled. It does not apply that proposal.
Presentation is read-only: no drag planning or Apply action. Exit Presentation Mode returns to the planning workspace. For progress updates use the normal linked work details rather than turning the presentation screen into an editor.
