Cached first, then checked
Opening a linked stage shows cached information immediately. A small source panel then checks only that record and shows Checked just now, Updated just now, or a delayed-check message. Use Refresh to check again. If a source is unavailable, cached work remains usable.
Source context and your edits
Source-owned project content and cached source descriptions follow the existing connector rules. Local stage notes, duration, resources, priority, dates, actuals and accepted planning overrides remain local. Refresh never replaces an editable field. If new source facts arrive while you are typing, choose Review update to inspect them alongside your edits.
Active work
Future imported work is not continuously checked. A source record is monitored while an agent holds a live execution claim or an open request is waiting for a reply in a linked source conversation. Monitoring stops when that interest ends. Agent activation requires a successful source check; a temporary failure leaves the task intact for retry and lets another task be selected.
If source content changes during agent execution, CYJ records the change for agent review. It does not restart work or invent a blocker or actual effort.
Questions and replies
An agent may request a Question, Review, Approval or Action. For a supported linked source, the human-facing request can be published using the sponsoring account's existing personal connection and author rules. It stays linked to the exact conversation. Unconfirmed publication is held for reconciliation, so a retry does not send a duplicate question.
A reply changes the request to Responded, independently of whether the issue is solved. The originating agent can inspect it, resolve it, keep the blocker, or ask a follow-up. A response can arrive without the recipient opening CYJ. Requested time, response time and response latency do not establish actual start or actual effort; unknown actuals remain unknown.
