Forecast history

It moved. What happened?

Trace meaningful project movement without inventing an exact delay formula.

Start with consequences

Open What moved for yesterday, seven days or thirty days. Deadline and target consequences come first. Open the relevant project's history for dates, baseline and more context.

Movement can follow changed effort, priority, availability, resource assignment, a release condition, an interruption or a prerequisite. A new action may matter even when the final date stays the same.

Contributions compound

The explanation uses actual before/after schedules and relevant resource/prerequisite paths. It can show an interruption, a lost collaboration window and a later downstream release. It does not assign unsupported mathematical shares of the total delay to each cause.

Working movement uses a named preserved reference calendar. Calendar headroom remains a separate measure. A recovered or blocked forecast is described directly rather than compared with an invented date.
