Information in the workspace

The application stores account details, password hashes, team availability and planning records. Important changes may record the authenticated user and the time of the change. Passwords are hashed and are never stored in readable form.

Cookies and security

Essential cookies support sign-in, request protection and temporary What If sessions. This application does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics.

Your organisation's data

Workspace records are scoped to your organisation. Public pages do not show private schedules. Outgoing email is disabled; authentication does not require an email service.

Questions and changes

Contact your workspace administrator about access, corrections or your organisation's retention practices. Hosting, backups and retention are managed by the organisation operating this installation.
